Harold and Tham Lotman filed a breach of contract and negligence action against Adamson Contracting, Inc., and Michael Adamson (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Adamson Contracting"). Adamson Contracting moved for summary judgment and argued its motion on May 3, 1995.
