In these consolidated appeals, we are called upon to determine whether the trial court properly directed that appellant be removed from the elected office of constable of the Borough of Darby following his conviction of indecent assault.1 We affirm the judgment of sentence imposed for appellant's indecent assault conviction; however, we hold that pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 722, we are without subject-matter jurisdiction...
