BLACKBURN, Judge.
Jeffery Lee brought this automobile negligence case against William Sears and Hughes Waste Management, Inc., but the trial court found his suit barred by the exclusive remedy provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act, OCGA § 34-9-11, and granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment.
