OPINION

KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

The Defendant, Joleen Ovind, suffered from a mental disorder. She shot and killed her neighbor because she believed that he was a CIA agent who was involved in "the infiltration." She was charged with first degree murder and waived a trial by jury. The trial judge found the Defendant guilty except insane within the meaning of Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated ("A.R.S.")...
