After sustaining an on-the-job injury, Barnes filed a workers' compensation claim against his employer, Bennett-Murray, Inc., for total disability income and medical benefits, as well as attorney fees. The ALJ denied the claim but the Appellate Division of the State Board awarded benefits and attorney fees.
