On September 30, 1991, appellant, Kevin M. Carney, filed a complaint seeking a divorce from his wife, Donna J. Carney, appellee herein. A final order, both decreeing a divorce and equitably distributing the marital property, was entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County on December, 30, 1994.
