OPINION

NIGRO, Justice.

Appellant Gary Bortz ("Claimant") appeals from the order and opinion of the Commonwealth Court affirming the order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board ("Board"). The Board reversed the order of the Workmen's Compensation Judge ("WCJ"), who reinstated Claimant's workmen's compensation benefits. For the reasons presented herein, we affirm.
