Gary Napier appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Daniel Bertram and from a judgment on the pleadings granted in favor of Charles Meese and A & N Services, Inc. (A & N). The issue is whether Napier, as a passenger involved in a taxicab accident, has a cause of action against the owner and the lessor of the taxi and the lessor's insurance company and its agent for a failure to procure uninsured motorist (UM) insurance...
