This action is before this Court upon an appeal from the final order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, entered on November 2, 1994. The circuit court determined therein that a 1984 award of alimony in a divorce order payable to the appellant, Linda M. Magaha, by the appellee, Donald L.
