This case comes before us on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to Wis. Stat. § (Rule) 809.61 (1993-1994) for review of a judgment of conviction entered against Michael R. Andrews, Jr. (Andrews). This conviction arose from an incident that occurred while Andrews was visiting a friend's apartment where police executing a premises search warrant discovered marijuana in Andrews' duffel
