Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court's order dismissing their dramshop action against defendant Rocky's Teakwood Lounge, Inc., doing business as Sidney's. Plaintiffs sued defendant under the dramshop act, M.C.L. § 436.22 et seq.; M.S.A. § 18.993 et seq., for injuries they sustained when an automobile driven by defendant Kevin E. Whipple, a drunken driver, struck their automobile after Whipple had been drinking at defendant...
