OPINION OF THE COURT

FLAHERTY, Justice.

This is an appeal from the order of the Superior Court affirming the trial court's award of a new trial in a defamation action brought by a public figure. The new trial was granted due to apparently inconsistent jury verdicts as to two separate but similar publications. The jury found both publications libelous but only one false (hence compensable), and the other not...
