CAVANAUGH, Judge:

William Higginbottom was tried by jury and was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy.1 He was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than eighteen (18) months nor more than thirty-six (36) months, to be followed by a three (3) year period of probation, and to pay a fine of $5,000.
