This is an appeal from a November 6, 1995 order denying appellant K.M.'s petition after hearings under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA). Appellant now raises the following issues for our review:

I. WHETHER APPELLATE COUNSEL WAS INEFFECTIVE IN FAILING TO RAISE BEFORE THE SUPERIOR COURT, IN THE CONTEXT OF AN INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL CLAIM, THE FAILURE OF TRIAL COUNSEL TO RAISE IN POST-TRIAL
