Soth, Jr. filed two suits in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City against his former employer, The Baltimore Sun Co., and four of its former or current managers (collectively "The Sun") alleging abusive discharge, tortious interference with contract, civil conspiracy, and violations of the Maryland Antitrust Act. In one of the cases Soth also asserted a claim for discriminatory retaliation...
