This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Qiona R. Bennett ("Bennett") To File Dalkon Shield Claim Against Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust.1 Bennett asks for relief from the June 30, 1994 Late Claim bar date and that she be approved to file a claim against the Trust.2 The parties have been heard on this motion and the matter is ripe for disposition....
