Per Curiam.
Pursuant to App.R. 11.1 and Loc.R. 25, plaintiff-appellant James Jackson, Jr., has filed an accelerated appeal which challenges a summary judgment on behalf of defendant-appellee, Forest City Enterprises, Inc.
