Cox, executor of the estate of Woodrow Cox, deceased, appeals a judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims for defendant-appellee, Ohio State University Hospitals ("OSUH"), which concluded that the hospital employees were not negligent and that two treating physicians were not employees of the hospital in a wrongful death and malpractice action brought by appellant on behalf of the estate of Woodrow Cox.
