The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that the plaintiffs action to recover under the underinsured motorist coverage provisions of his automobile insurance policy is time barred and not restored by § 3 of No. 93-77 of the 1993 Public Acts (P.A. 93-77).
