Following the death of her husband, Ethel Imbraguglio, appellant, brought this wrongful death action against The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A & P) and Super Fresh Food Market of Maryland, Inc. (Super Fresh) (collectively, appellees). Appellant elected to have this matter tried by a jury.
