KLINE, Judge.
Defendant-appellant Harry Medcalf was charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The Marietta Municipal Court denied appellant's motion to suppress the results of a breath-alcohol test, and appellant subsequently entered pleas of no contest to both charges.
