This is an antitrust case in which Plaintiff claims that Defendant unlawfully perpetuated and enforced a resale price maintenance agreement in violation of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. (1973). Plaintiff also alleges that Defendant illegally terminated Plaintiff's exclusive distribution rights after Plaintiff failed to abide by the pricing agreement.
