This case comes before the Court for decision following a non-jury trial. Plaintiffs, who are participants in a profit sharing plan, allege that their plan trustee breached ERISA's fiduciary duties by investing a large portion of the plan assets in a single guaranteed investment contract issued by one now-insolvent insurance company.
