1. Pursuant to the New Mexico Antitrust Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 57-1-1 to -15 (Repl. Pamp.1995), the Attorney General obtained approval from the Santa Fe County District Court for civil investigative demands (CIDs) directed to a number of companies for information regarding the pricing and marketing of gasoline in New Mexico.
