Plaintiffs bring this action asserting violations of the Federal Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3604 et. seq. and the analogous Oregon statute, ORS 659.033. Defendant seeks summary judgment on the grounds that the housing at issue does not constitute "dwellings" and the housing is not rented to occupants. Plaintiffs cross move for summary judgment on the federal claim, contending that the FHA applies to defendant...
