MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KANE, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff asserts three claims for relief against his former employer in this ADA/ ERISA discrimination action. Before me is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Briefing was complete on January 5, 1996. I have reviewed the briefs1 and the record in this case, and determine that oral argument would not be helpful. I grant the motion.
