These two cases involve employment disputes brought by nurses formerly employed by Defendant Sentara Norfolk General Hospital ("Sentara") and under the supervision of Sentara's employee Defendant Mary Schwarga. They are before the Court on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, which was converted by the Court into a Motion for Summary Judgment.
