This is an action filed by the Plaintiffs, the infant Ariel Bankert by her Mother and Next Friend Kimberly Bankert, and Kimberly Bankert, individually, pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b) and §§ 2671-2680.
