The Crown Colony of Hong Kong seeks Petitioner Jerry Lui's extradition to have him stand trial on charges of bribery. At the request of the United Kingdom, acting on behalf of Hong Kong, the Government of the United States apprehended Lui in Boston, Massachusetts on December 20, 1995.
