Plaintiff filed this action on May 25, 1996 to recover, inter alia, retirement benefits, salary, and legal expenses. On October 18, 1996, defendants moved to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). For the reasons set forth below, defendants' motion is partially granted and Claims1 Seven, Twelve, Thirteen and Fourteen of the Complaint are dismissed...
