Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 56, plaintiff pro se Steven Rosner ("Rosner" or "plaintiff") and defendants have cross moved for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims of copyright infringement, fraud, conversion, unjust enrichment, and misappropriation of technology.
