This is an appeal from a juvenile court transfer order, pursuant to the Serious Youth Offender Act, Utah Code Ann. § 78-3a-25.1 (Supp.1995), concluding M.C., a juvenile, should be bound over to stand trial in the district court as an adult and terminating the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.
