Kissler is charged in counts one and two with violations of 16 U.S.C. § 3372 and 18 U.S.C. § 3373 for transporting Dall sheep parts in interstate commerce, knowing that the Dall sheep were taken in violation of ALASKA STAT. § 16.05.340(a)(15)(I).
