Defendant has been convicted in a jury trial of twenty-five counts of aiding and abetting the making of a false statement to a licensed firearms dealer in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 924(a)(1)(A), and four counts of conspiracy to make false statements to a licensed firearms dealer in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 924(a)(1)(A).
