GUNN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the resentencing of Norman Ray Woodall.
In 1989, the government charged Woodall with being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). In 1990, a jury found Woodall guilty of the offense. This Court enhanced Woodall's sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1). On appeal, the conviction and sentence were affirmed...
