Appellants Donald Scott Thomas1 and Jane Holt Thomas challenge the authority of an arbitration panel to award attorney fees and expert witness fees to appellees Prudential Securities and Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. ("Prudential"). Because we hold that the arbitration panel acted within its authority in awarding these fees we will affirm the district court's judgment.
