On October 4, 1995 plaintiff Thomas Batdorf ("Plaintiff") filed a complaint against defendants Equifax, Inc., the Credit Bureau of the Pacific ("CBP"), the Kula Consumer Federal Credit Union ("KCFCU") and TRW, Inc.
