This is another in a series of workers' compensation cases dealing with the proof necessary to establish Second Injury Fund liability. In 1989, Carl Ray Taylor suffered a compensable injury requiring surgery to the L-4 - L-5 area of his back while he was employed by the appellant, POM, Inc.
