SULT, Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to appellees on appellants' claim for legal malpractice. Appellants' complaint alleged malpractice sounding in negligence as well as malpractice based on breach of contract. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the ruling of the trial court on the negligence claim but affirm that court on the breach of contract claim.
