This is an appeal by the State from an order quashing the information in this case. Appellee, Larry Wayne Bishop, was charged by information with the offense of driving while intoxicated. The information in this case, and in the vast majority of cases filed in Val Verde County (Del Rio), are supported by the affidavit of Sonia Luna.
