At appellant John T. Mosqueda's trial for driving while intoxicated with two prior convictions, the State sought to prove one of the prior convictions with State's Exhibit 4 which consisted of one document entitled "Original Copy of Order Granting Probation" and a copy of the criminal docket sheet indicating that it was a "Judgment" and that Mosqueda had pled guilty.
