Vallee, State Mutual Insurance Company, and David and Renee Ouellette. Cambridge Mutual, in response to a personal injury action brought against Vallee by the Ouellettes, filed a complaint seeking a declaratory judgment that Vallee was not covered under a homeowners insurance policy...
