This matter is before the Court on Count I of plaintiff's complaint, which seeks judicial review of the school board's March 23, 1995 decision to terminate plaintiff's indefinite teaching contract. Also before the Court is defendant's motion for partial summary judgment as to Count III of plaintiff's first amended complaint.
