This is a truth-in-lending case in which plaintiffs allege that Huntington National Bank violated various disclosure requirements of the Consumer Leasing Act (CLA), 15 U.S.C. § 1667a, Ohio Uniform Commercial Code, O.R.C. § 1309.18, and Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, O.R.C. § 1345.03.
