Appellants Darence Hutchinson, Henry Graham, Raymond Griffin, Albert Brown, Kenyatta Brown, and Kenya Brown were acquitted of a drug conspiracy charge but convicted of numerous substantive narcotics and firearms violations. Appellant Larry Frazier pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine base and two substantive drug offenses.
