MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Gregory J. Saeli has filed a complaint against his previous employer, Motorola, Inc., alleging that his employment was terminated in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
