Appellant Steven Delgado Livar was convicted of attempted murder after he pleaded not guilty to a jury. The jury sentenced Livar to six years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Livar appeals, bringing ten points of error challenging the trial court's jurisdiction and the trial court's evidentiary rulings.
