I. FINDINGS OF FACT

Pursuant to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the probation office has conducted an extensive presentence investigation (PSI) in this matter. See Rule 32(c), Fed. R.Crim.P.; 18 U.S.C. § 3552.
