Plaintiffs, Shieldalloy Metallurgical Corporation (Shieldalloy) and Galt Alloys, Inc. filed separate actions challenging aspects of the International Trade Administration's final determination in Ferrovanadium and Nitrided Vanadium from the Russian Federation, 60 Fed.Reg. 27957 (Dep't Commerce 1995) (Final Det.)
