This case is before the Court on remand from the Fourth Circuit pursuant to that court's opinion found at 88 F.3d 1332 (4th Cir.1996), wherein that Court informed this Court that it did indeed have discretion to decide whether to award (and how much in the way of) attorney's fees to a prevailing plaintiff in a mixed-motive discrimination...
